I specialize in EMDR therapy, which is a way of helping your brain process experiences that feel stuck.
We’re not just talking about what happened. We’re helping your brain and body shift how those memories are held, so they don’t keep showing up with the same intensity.
Over time, people often notice they feel calmer. Less reactive. They can think about what happened without getting pulled back into it. Things start to feel more like the past instead of something that’s still happening.

I also work with people who already have a therapist and want to focus specifically on trauma using EMDR.
That way you can keep your ongoing therapy relationship, while we do more focused work around the experiences that feel stuck.
